What has been done

• Text contrast meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA against every background used.
• Body text is never smaller than 16px, and the page can be zoomed and reflowed.
• Every control can be reached and operated by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to hit accurately.
• Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• The only movement on the site is a short reveal on the homepage heading, and it is switched off entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
• There is no autoplaying video, no carousel and no pop-up.

Privacy by default

This site sets no cookies of its own, embeds no third-party map or video, and loads its fonts from its own server rather than from an external service. Visitor numbers are counted without cookies and without tracking individuals, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.

One exception, and it is worth naming: the booking page shows a booking portal provided by Rehab Guru, the clinical record system Will uses. Anything you enter there goes to Rehab Guru rather than to this website, and Rehab Guru may set its own cookies inside that part of the page so that booking works. It is the only page here that loads anything from another company — and if you would rather not use it, you can book by telephone, email or WhatsApp instead. Every other page loads entirely from this site.
